Babies born early have their own set of challenges to face. And if you're parenting a preemie, you'll need specialized information on your baby's health, development, feeding, and care. We are here to lend a helping hand with the journey of raising a healthy premature baby.

We're passionate about helping families grow along with their child and generating an awareness of the challenges that go along with premature births. The goal of the Darrell Armstrong Foundation is to ensure that families facing this issue know that they are not alone.

Development Center

The Darrell Armstrong Foundation for Premature Babies, Inc. Child Development Center at the Florida Children’s Hospital serves the needs of premature babies that suffer from developmental problems.

Information

A premature birth occurs when a baby is born before 37 weeks of pregnancy. Most preterm deliveries occur spontaneously but are sometimes the result of a doctors decision due to health concerns for the baby or mother.

Events

The foundation runs events to not only gain support and bring awareness to premature births, but to also give kids the chance to realize the importance of hard work and dedication in pursuit of excellence in any field.

Mission

The Darrell Armstrong Foundation for Premature Babies, Inc.'s mission is to assist families of premature babies in their efforts to raise healthy children, so they may recognize the gift of love that God has given them.
